Where are my purchased issues?

The Decision magazine is excellent with great content for our troubled times. However, I cannot find my purchased issues anywhere in the app. All I see are previous issues I can purchase but no where can I find my already purchased ones. Ive tried to restore my purchases to no avail. Ive subscribed for a year but it does me no good to subscribe when I cant read them. Maybe I should buy it from Amazon.
